Aldridge Electric is seeking a Project Director to join our utility and substations team in Ohio. This role oversees project delivery, serves as the company representative, and leads pursuit and project execution with a focus on safety and client relationships.

The position requires 15+ years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication. Travel is anticipated as part of project leadership, with a competitive base salary and potential bonus.

What We Offer

The annual base pay for this role is between $160,000 - $210,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus.
