As a Project Director within this Risk and Compliance scope, you will be responsible for leading, participating in, and conducting advanced analytic tasks for projects that have multifunctional or broad organizational impact. Your work supports both Bank and System initiatives. The Risk and Compliance Project Director collaborate closely with the leadership team and is instrumental in advancing leadership initiatives, ensuring that bank-wide projects assigned to Risk and Compliance are completed efficiently and within set timelines. Full Salary for Project Director Job Profile: $110,200 - $137,775- $165,300. The expected starting salary range is $110,200- $137,775. Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
