Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration in Miami, FL is seeking a Project Director to lead restoration projects from scope development to completion, using Xactimate to create accurate scopes, estimates and preliminary budgets.

You will partner with Operations, review field measurements, plans, photos, and material needs, supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure safety and on-time delivery, and maintain strong client relationships to protect financial performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in construction/restoration.
• Knowledge of construction documents and large loss projects.
• 3+ years industry experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree, preferred.
• 4+ certifications.
• Disaster restoration experience, preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Employees assigned to certain healthcare-related roles may be required to participate in additional drug and alcohol screening program(s) in accordance with client requirements, such as but not limited to Coalition for Construction Safety ("CCS") regulations in the state of Indiana.
