Allucent is seeking a Project Director to lead Global Clinical Operations in a dynamic environment. You will oversee overall project quality, budgets, and client satisfaction across infectious disease, immunology, cell & gene therapy, and neurology programs.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight and hands-on leadership of cross-functional teams, with remote/office flexibility. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in lifescience/healthcare/business, 8+ years of clinical project management

We are looking for a Project Director (PD) to join our A-team (office-based*/remote). As a PD at Allucent, you are responsible for overseeing operational project teams, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of processes within the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) department. We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader with strong experience managing Infectious Disease, Immunology & Inflammation, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Neurology who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About this role:

• Oversee the project and be responsible for the overall quality and management of the deliver clinical trial projects and programs. This includes overseeing the budget, reviewing and approving content and costing of proposals, problem solving with project teams, and balancing multiple competing priorities.
• Serve as the key contact for assigned clients on delivery of scope, customer satisfaction on services and capabilities and the assessment of client needs.
• Lead the project team. You will demonstrate knowledge of and insight into general business principles and practices, demonstrate a growth mindset, and support the recruitment and interviewing of new employees.

To be successful, you will posess:

• MinimumBachelor’sdegree in lifescience, healthcare and/orbusiness degree;Master’sdegree or greater preferred
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, specifically as a clinical project manager; managing global clinical trials required
• Therapeutic expertise in Infectious Disease, Immunology & Inflammation, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Neurology required
• Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R3), data and patient privacy practices, and applicable (local) regulatory requirements
• Strong financial acumen, administrativeexcellenceand analytical skills
• In some cases, an equivalency—consisting of a combination ofappropriate education, training, and/ordirectly relatedexperience—will be consideredappropriate an individual to meet the requirements of this role
