You will report to the VP of Major Projects. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States, though frequent travel to customer sites will be required.

  • Coordinate across multiple Westinghouse P&Ls and functional groups to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Oversee subcontracted work scopes.
  • Manage Westinghouse scopes including engineering, procurement, field implementation, nuclear welding, and project controls.
  • Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, regulatory standards, and quality expectations.
  • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and updates to both Westinghouse and customer leadership.
  • Mentor supporting PMs and project controls staff as the group scales.
  • Travel and spend extended periods at customer sites during critical phases.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management preferred.
  • PMP certification required.
  • 10+ years of experience in EPC project management, with exposure to the nuclear industry.
  • Track record managing complex, multi-phase projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with outage services and nuclear plant operations.
  • Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, SAP, ARM) and EVM methodologies.
