Job summary

NEBRASKA CHILDREN AND FAMILIES FOUNDATION seeks a Principal Researcher to serve as Project Director for the NGR+ EIR Mid-Phase grant, leading the three-arm RCT and coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure delivery, fidelity, and data integrity.

The role requires management of multi-year contracts, budgets, and tasks, ensuring compliance with federal requirements and supporting evidence-based program improvement.

Qualifications

• Lead large, multi-partner research projects with a federal grant focus.
• Ensure alignment with USDE EIR grant requirements and funder expectations.
• Provide technical guidance on evaluation and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Director for the NGR+ EIR Mid-Phase grant, overseeing scope, quality, timeline, and outcomes of the RCT.
• Coordinate with the VP for R&E and NCFF's leadership team on grant delivery and staffing.
• Manage contracts with independent evaluator and partner teams; ensure deliverables meet terms.
• Oversee compliance with federal regulations, including performance reporting and continuation applications.
• Monitor subrecipient performance and ensure contracts and MOUs meet federal standards.
• Lead evaluation activities to ensure WWC evidence standards are met and data integrity is maintained.
