Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Project Director to lead project teams from pursuit through execution on high-value projects. You will drive client relationships, oversee financial performance, and ensure delivery excellence across an annual revenue portfolio exceeding $100M.

Responsibilities include leading preconstruction planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with design teams and stakeholders to meet client expectations and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team through phases of the construction process including pursuit, preconstruction, and execution.
• Manage client relationships, performance metrics, and risk management.
• Oversee monthly status reports and financial reporting for compliance and profitability.
• Develop and implement project pursuit, escalation, and execution strategies.
• Collaborate with business development and regional leadership to grow revenue.
