Job Title: Project Director

Department: Health Sciences | Government Resource Center

The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center invites applications for a Project Director. The successful candidate will direct, lead, promote, and administer applied health policy research initiatives and quality improvement science implementation and evaluation collaboratives for the GRC. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and leading evaluations for statewide quality improvement efforts, providing technical assistance for research design and interpretation, serving as a member of the GRC Leadership Team, supervising project management staff, and potentially serving as a PI for projects.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Required Qualifications:

Five years of relevant experience required; three years with a Master’s degree. Requires successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Desired Qualifications:

Leadership experience in quality improvement, managerial experience; eight years of relevant experience preferred.
