The Project Director serves as the enterprise leader responsible for directing and executing high-impact strategic initiatives across the Gaming Enterprises. This position oversees a portfolio of complex projects that support organizational growth, operational excellence, guest experience enhancement, technology transformation, regulatory compliance, capital investments, and strategic business objectives.
Working directly with the CEO and executive leadership team, the Project Director provides enterprise-wide project governance, creates alignment across departments and properties, and ensures initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and with measurable business results. The role requires exceptional leadership, business acumen, change management expertise, and the ability to influence outcomes through collaboration rather than direct authority.
The Project Director acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and serves as the central point of coordination for strategic projects impacting gaming operations, hospitality, food and beverage, hotel operations, technology, marketing, finance, human resources, facilities, public safety, and other support functions.
Directly manages the Program Managers and is responsible for the overall direction and development of these Team Members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

A Director level leader is expected to actively support ECMs in their professional and academic goals through:
HS/GED required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required; or a minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing large-scale business projects, strategic initiatives, or operational transformations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in gaming, hospitality, resort operations, healthcare, entertainment, or similarly complex service environments.
Experience collaborating directly with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple departments and locations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Must have a positive personal image with strong administrative, computer and communications skills. Must have strong people management and analytical skills.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
