We’re seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead multiple large-scale commercial construction projects across the greater Richmond region. The Project Director will oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects while helping expand the company’s regional presence. This position combines leadership, operations, and business development responsibilities in a true seller/doer model.

You’ll collaborate with executive leadership and project teams to maintain operational excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and strengthen market position in multifamily, senior living, and student housing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules.
• Supervise and mentor a team of project managers, superintendents, and support staff to promote growth, accountability, and performance.
• Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and execution.
• Engage in client development and preconstruction efforts alongside internal teams.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners to identify future project opportunities.
