• Experience overseeing budgets, project timelines, staff, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s license and a clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure activities, deliverables, and reporting requirements are completed within established timelines.
• Convene the Tribal Community Board and coordinate meetings, communications, and documentation.
• Oversee SWOT analysis, community assessment, and collection of stakeholder input.
• Coordinate GONA planning with facilitators, elders, youth, families, and community partners.
• Develop cross-system partnerships, agreements, and referral processes to support a coordinated System of Care.
• Lead development and completion of the System of Care blueprint and sustainability plan.
• Coordinate with the evaluator and consultants to ensure completion of assigned activities and deliverables.
• Collaborate with grants and fiscal staff to monitor expenditures, maintain project documentation, and meet grant requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance measures and coordinate accurate and timely SAMHSA reporting.
• Ensure youth voice, family engagement, cultural practices, and Keetoowah values guide project planning and implementation.

This position supervises project staff, coordinates community partnerships, and oversees the development of a culturally responsive System of Care blueprint for children, youth, and families. The Project Director ensures activities align with SAMHSA requirements, the approved grant narrative and budget, United Keetoowah Band (UKB) priorities, and Keetoowah values.
