Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned behavioral health projects, including budget, timeline, and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives, create a comprehensive project plan, and set realistic timelines for completion.
Lead and motivate project team members to ensure successful completion of project milestones and deliverables.
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and funding agencies to secure resources and support for projects.
Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or delays, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, progress, and outcomes.
Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in the behavioral health field, incorporating them into project planning and implementation.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a healthcare or social services setting.
