Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of post-professional experience (8-12 years experience open).
• Interest in diverse project types in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in tenant improvement, healthcare, industrial, community, or multi-family housing projects highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and solutions for projects from initial sketches to detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project teams through all project phases.
• Conduct research on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Manage small projects with guidance from senior architects.
