Job description

This is a position for an individual who is organized and can lead projects from conception to completion. He/she is responsible for ensuring the design, specifications, and construction documents meet governing codes, regulations, company standards, and industry standards. Working literacy and capability in Revit are required. Candidates need to be able to work in an office with a casual culture and a team approach. The successful candidate will be a thinker, doer, and manager, leading projects and undertaking tasks across the full range of architectural project delivery, including participating in and/or leading project teams of 1-3 members, coordinating with consultants, and managing various aspects from conceptual design through construction. He/she will assist in producing programming documents, concept design presentations, and construction documents.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Confidently interact with other team members
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver all phases of architectural projects
• Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously
• Develop concept design presentations for various projects
• Handle more complex project delivery tasks as required
