Overview

3-8 Years Of Experience Ci is seeking a highly experienced industry professional to contribute to our architectural projects in our Dallas office. This role is designed for a professional capable of managing complex architectural projects and contributing significantly to design and execution phases.

Responsibilities, Requirements And Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Experience with Mission Critical and Data Center facilities is preferred
  • Oversee the preparation and technical design aspects of major projects
  • Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions to meet client needs
  • Oversee design and planning studies, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants
  • Produce and review comprehensive project specifications
  • Handle complex assignments requiring new or improved techniques and procedures
  • Offer technical guidance to less experienced architects
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into designs
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven ability in reviewing and interpreting completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
  • Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving
