Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an Architect for data center facilities design in Dallas, TX. The role covers design planning, development, and documentation for large, complex data center projects.

You will lead cross‑functional design teams with MEP engineers and project managers, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure quality within schedule. A Bachelor's in Architecture and strong REVIT skills are required; some travel to DFW client sites will be expected.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect (RA) or on the path to licensure.
• 2–5+ years of experience as a Project Architect.
• Critical Facilities / Data Center projects a major plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Design.
• Proficient in REVIT; advanced REVIT skills a big plus.
• 3D/BIM modeling and CAD software proficiency.
• Willingness to visit client facilities in the DFW area and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide input with design planning to development of construction drawings for data center facilities.
• Progress technical design drawing packages and architectural layouts for building infrastructure.
• Coordinate with MEP design engineers and project managers.
• Follow project standards and produce/submittal reviews as needed.
• Attend meetings and produce meeting minutes; manage RFIs and submittals.
