Job summary

Rapt Studio, a design and strategy studio with locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York, seeks a Project Designer onsite in the SF Bay Area. You will work on multiple projects, balancing design excellence with practical execution from concept through construction.

The ideal candidate has 4–8+ years in architecture/design, strong visualization and software skills, and a collaborative mindset. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates, with a hybrid studio-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 4–8+ years of experience at an architecture or design studio.
• Experience with project teams from concept through construction.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with project management, construction administration, budget reviews, codes, consultant coordination, and client relations.
• Ability to develop construction documents for review.
• Ability to coordinate with furniture vendors for processes and deliveries.
• Proficiency and interest in 3D visualization.
• State licensure or pursuing licensure encouraged.

• Be at the core of the work and participate in the creative process.
• Collaborate with teams through concept design to construction documentation.
