Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a talented Project Designer to join our team in Missouri. You will develop design documents, plans, and diagrams, collaborating with brokers, project managers, and clients to deliver effective design solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture/Interior Design, 1+ years of experience, and proficiency in REVIT. You will help ensure plans meet codes, coordinate with teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA accredited institution (NCIDQ a plus).
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in REVIT.
  • Understand and manage: phasing, design options, schedules.
  • Ability to read and review construction documents; provide technical sign-off/approval.
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of design/construction such as low voltage, construction materials, design concepts/budgets, constructability, electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Understanding of building codes and ADA standards.
  • Versed in the five phases of an interior/architectural project.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.

Compensation

The compensation for the position is: $ 51,000.00 - $60,000.00
