Responsibilities / Position Overview

• Serve as Design and/or Project Manager on water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases.
• Develop and evaluate project plans.
• Provide leadership, technical guidance, and direction.
• Assess feasibility and validity of engineering evaluations with limited data.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed.
• Conduct peer reviews and technical presentations.
• Identify and secure clients and project opportunities.
• Collaborate on proposals and contracts.
• Mentor junior staff.

Minimum Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• PE registration or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• At least 6 years of experience in water and wastewater systems, including design, analysis, and permitting.
• Experience as a Design Manager is highly preferred.
• Experience with local communities, treatment solutions, and commissioning.
• Business development experience.
