Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Project Delivery, Digital Quality & Data Integrity SME to lead digital quality initiatives across global life sciences programs.

You will oversee validation strategies for MES, DCS, ERP, LIMS and EQMS while guiding cross‑functional teams to ensure inspection readiness and regulatory alignment. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Extensive experience leading Digital Quality, Data Integrity, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Quality Governance programs.
• Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, Data Integrity guidance, and validation lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise GxP platforms including MES, DCS, ERP, LIMS, Veeva Vault, TrackWise, and related quality systems.
• Strong program management, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive digitalization strategies from proposal to project execution.
• Act as the SME on digital tools, platforms, and processes to meet project goals.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, vendors, and business units.
• Support tool development and dashboards to monitor KPIs and continuous improvement opportunities across project portfolios.
• Support PM / business development in proposal development utilizing digital tools and AI and attending industry events representing Jacobs brand.
• Develop digital transformation and automation strategies to meet Jacobs and client objectives.
• Support development of business process improvements (internal & external).
• Support Project management through concept phase.
• Provide project guidance on validated GxP systems, including MES, DCS, ERP, LIMS, EQMS, and document management platforms.
• Direct cross-functional project teams on validation strategy, risk management, quality engineering, and digital transformation programs.
• Ensure design compliance with FDA, EMA, PMDA, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, and global data integrity requirements in all phases of project execution.
• Support our clients on large-scale programs involving infrastructure modernization, industrial control system cybersecurity, and digital quality transformation.
• Develop and mentor high-performing quality engineering, validation, and compliance teams while supporting organizational capability growth.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, clients, vendors, and operational leaders to align quality initiatives with enterprise objectives.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies, automation solutions, and Agile-aligned delivery models within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Extensive experience leading Digital Quality, Data Integrity, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Quality Governance programs.
• Demonstrated success managing client programs, portfolios, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, Data Integrity guidance, and validation lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise GxP platforms including MES, DCS, ERP, LIMS, Veeva Vault, TrackWise, and related quality systems.
• Strong program management, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience leading industrial control system and cybersecurity initiatives within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Direct experience supporting greenfield manufacturing facility start-up, qualification, and commercialization activities.
• Experience implementing or validating Veeva Vault, LIMS, MES, and enterprise quality platforms.
• Experience leading large global teams and external consulting engagements.
• Agile delivery experience within GxP-regulated environments

The base salary range for this position is $155,600.00 to $260,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
