  • Maintain consistent data-entry standards and follow quality-control procedures.
  • Escalate recurring or complex issues to senior team members as needed.

Work you'll do

As a PROJECT - Data Management Engineer II on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for…

  • Perform daily data operations by reviewing structured and unstructured industry forms submitted by external parties, validating content, and curating accurate records into the data platform
  • Serve as a front-line resource for end users by triaging inquiries related to missing, incomplete, and/or incorrect data
  • Investigate data discrepancies, trace records back to source submissions, and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain consistent data entry standards and follow established quality-control procedures
  • Escalate recurring or complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Document resolutions and contribute to process improvement recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity across systems

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience performing data analysis using structured data sets
  • 1+ years of experience supporting data management activities
  • 1+ years of experience supporting project delivery activities
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry or data operations roles
  • 1+ years of experience working in team-based, operational environments with defined workflows and SLAs
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • 1+ year working with high volumes of repetitive data review
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred
  • 1+ years of experience with master data management
  • 1+ years of experience writing SQL queries

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,400 to $140,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
