Churchill Cost Consultants is seeking a cost manager to support a portfolio of data center infrastructure programs for a Fortune 100 technology client. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting governance across multiple sites in the Americas, partnering with client leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead cost control efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project controls activities across data center infrastructure programs spanning multiple regions.
  • Monitor, track, and report on project costs, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Validate monthly cost reports, cash flow projections, and financial risk items.
  • Support value engineering, change management, and cost risk reviews with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive data quality initiatives and ensure all project reporting is current and aligned with client expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with client leadership, project teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Facilitate alignment calls, executive reporting, and strategic program updates.
  • Lead internal process improvements to enhance consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across global project controls practices.
  • Support development of client relationship through excellence in delivery.

About the Role:

Churchill Cost Consultants (Churchill) is looking for a cost manager to support a portfolio of infrastructure enabling projects for a Fortune 100 technology client. In this role, you will lead cost, schedule, and reporting governance across multiple sites throughout the Americas. The cost manager will oversee budget management, forecasting, milestone tracking, and program reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and data-driven project delivery. This role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to partner closely with client leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all Project Controls activities across data center infrastructure programs spanning multiple regions.
  • Monitor, track, and report on project costs, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across the portfolio.

Experience Required
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Right to work in the United States
  • BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or other construction related degree
  • 4-7 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control and schedule management
  • Experience with g-sheets, comfortable with formulas and basic coding
  • Preferred: Background in power utility or heavy civil infrastructure industries
