Medtronic is seeking an executive assistant to support the Global Quality Operations President and Leadership Team in our Mounds View, MN facility. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information with discretion, while aligning with cross‑functional teams.
The role requires on‑site presence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive follow‑through on critical priorities, travel logistics, and project support across the GO&SC organization.
This position will be a key member of Medtronic’s Global Operations Quality (GO&SC) business based out of our Mounds View, MN facility. This role provides executive administrative support to our Global Quality Operations President and Leadership Team, helping ensure proactive coordination of calendars, meetings, communications, travel, and operational priorities. The position serves as a trusted partner to leadership, supporting confidential business activities, facilitating follow‑through on key action items, and helping maintain strong execution across the team. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate leadership meetings, manage documentation and reporting needs, coordinate special events, support local facility needs, and partner with the leadership team on special projects as needed. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross‑functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. It will be critical for the selected talent to be on‑site with the Vice President at the Mounds View, MN facility. Travel may be required 3 to 4 times per year, approximately 10 to 12 days annually.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$75,200.00 - $112,800.00
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
