Job summary

HD Fowler Company is seeking a Project Manager to join our Wenatchee, Washington location. You will manage all aspects of multiple customer projects and act as a liaison between branch management and service providers/consultants, reporting to senior management on facilities related matters.

The role includes supporting outside sales staff, estimating work, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful project completion with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive and relevant industry knowledge and experience.
• Comfortable with blueprints and able to do basic estimating and take-offs.
• Strong multi-tasking and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and gather information for submittals, quotes, and job tracking.
• Prepare individual project management plans with scope, schedule, budget and variance tracking.
• Support customers and outside sales staff in writing orders, managing jobs and pending orders, and coordinating customer receipt of product.
• Understand and apply matrix pricing, as well as product specifications and requirements.
• Direct and coordinate internal and external resources and project teams to ensure the highest level of coordinated success.
• Regularly evaluate project goals, identify opportunities and constraints, and analyze life-cycle cost considerations and possible alternatives as required.

In his position you will act as a liaison between branch management and service providers/consultants, and report to senior management on facilities related matters. Responsibilities may also include backup responsibilities for one or more outside sales staff, assisting with branch customer service needs, and/or estimating work.
