Job details :

Role : Project Coordinator / Specialist-I

Location : Remote

Duration : 5+ Months (possibility of extension)

Pay Rate : $25 - $28 / hr. W2 (all inclusive)

Work Type : 35 hours per week

Responsibilities :

1. Support fulfillment for our delivery service and help drive compliance to drop-off expectations.
2. Conduct photo reviews of Dasher photos to train a machine learning photo verification model and provide real-time feedback to runners on bad photos.
3. Grade and review drop-off photos as drivers take them.
4. Upload photo scores into our platform for machine learning model training and our upcoming driver ratings product.
5. Outreach to dashers to provide feedback about their photos.
6. Assist in drop-off intelligence processes and workflows.
7. Outreach to customers to encourage providing drop-off instructions on difficult buildings (apartments, multi-tenant units) to help our drivers succeed.
8. Follow our address-matching process to scrape historical client orders to edit drop-off instructions for dashers.
9. Handle ad-hoc fulfillment investigations.

What we're looking for :

1. Must have basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory).
2. Understanding of Excel formulas, formatting, and data entry.
3. Preferred: Comfortable with pivot tables, data cleaning, and pulling data with pre-built queries.
4. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and escalating issues as needed.
5. Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.

Skills :

• Should be detail-oriented.
• Previous work experience relevant to this role.
• Experience with monitoring parcel delivery or fraud (e.g., UPS / FedEx parcel fraud or compliance).
• Experience in logistics monitoring, coordinator roles, consulting, or data analytics related to delivery of goods.
