About the Role

Coordinates project activities and information to support project controls and reporting, such as monitoring completion of project tasks, costs versus estimates, monthly updates on estimates to completion (ETCs), and producing and maintaining project schedules for assigned projects and bids. Liaises between engineering, manufacturing and other business functions to ensure smooth progress of projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather information to support complex project controls and reporting.
• Monitor completion of project tasks through frequent communication with all team members and supporting functions.
• Problem solve and negotiate priorities through manufacturing by attending production planning meetings and conducting regular reviews.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and ETCs, maximizing the use of all available project management tools.
• Prepare and maintain relevant business system information for contract execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years of related experience.
• Eligibility to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role.

Compensation

Expected compensation range: $65,000–$80,000. The final compensation will be based on experience, education, certifications and current market conditions.
