Job summary

Nergon Energy Service Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) field service business in the Houston/Cypress area. The role involves coordinating field service projects, schedules, and mobilization, while communicating with customers and project managers to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, be able to work from our Cypress office, and reside in the Greater Houston

Qualifications

• Residence in the Greater Houston area.
• Able to work from Cypress office.
• Strong English communication skills; Chinese-English bilingual is a plus.
• Renewable energy or field-service experience is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Nergon Energy Service Corporation is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our growing renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) field service business.Location: Houston / Cypress, TX

Compensation: $4,000–$5,000/month, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service projects, technicians, schedules, and mobilization
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and field teams
• Track project progress and follow up on action items
• Support project documentation, site access, travel, and logistics
• Assist with daily project execution and operationsRequirements
• Must currently reside in the Greater Houston area
• Must be able to work regularly from our Cypress office
• Strong English communication skills; Chinese-English bilingual is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Renewable energy, BESS, solar, electrical, HVAC, construction, or field-service experience is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
