As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager (PM) by providing both administrative and tactical assistance for one or more pipeline construction projects—including site clearing and restoration. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate administrative and field support for pipeline, clearing, and restoration projects
- Schedule equipment and material deliveries for job sites
- Manage inventory and material procurement
- Communicate with One Call centers to obtain regulatory clearances ahead of construction
- Collaborate with PMs and site teams to identify and resolve project issues
- Ensure adherence to cost control measures and project protocols
- Prepare accurate reports for job costing and payroll
- Deliver project-related operational and financial analyses to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator in steel pipeline construction (oil and gas industry)
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in project management or related field
- Equivalent experience may substitute for formal education

Working Conditions
- Travel up to 50% to various Frontier offices and project sites

- Physical demands include use of office equipment and the ability to perform tasks involving climbing, kneeling, standing, walking, and other physical activity
