Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Our entertainment and leisure client is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the team in a remote, freelance capacity for 10-15 hours/week (small amount of support each day), for 2+ months.

The responsibilities for this Project Coordinator are;

• Support and liaise between multiple teams and workstreams supporting a paid media ad tech transition
• Work with Paid Media (Activation + Ops), Channel Analytics, Creative Services, Audience Management, IT, and more to ensure that the onboarding of the Ad Server, Demand Side Platform, Audience Data, Creative Assets, and Analytics and Measurement happen seamlessly, without major disruptions during a critical time of year
• Ensure projects are meeting milestones and deadlines
• Coordinate and attend meetings with key internal stakeholders
  
  

The Ideal Project Coordinator Has

• Experience managing multiple projects at once
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Understanding of how smaller projects fit into the bigger ecosystem
