Responsibilities include supporting projects or programs within a functional group or business process, monitoring program/project/system status, budgets, and timelines. Knowledge and experience in operating, developing, implementing, and managing program systems/policies and procedures are required. Compiling reports, providing technical support such as program system training/documentation, data extraction, validation, tracking, and coding are part of the role.
Providing organizational or administrative services for other members within the organization, primarily under supervision.
Autonomy: Handles extremely complex tasks, responsible for daily operations, exhibits high initiative, and works independently at times.
Impact on Organization: Tasks may involve special assignments and guiding junior staff, involving gathering and providing information of moderate importance or sensitivity.
