Hourly Rate on W2: $44-50/hr on W2

Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a medium size project to migrate compound and assay data from CDD Vault into established internal applications. The PC will take direction from the IT Lead to ensure the project's success.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management:
    • Coordinate meetings, communicate decisions, and ensure on-time implementation.
  2. Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project completion.
    • Provide timely updates on critical risks to IT Lead.
  3. Reporting:
    • Complete weekly status updates.
  4. Data Management:
    • Document and track migration of data.
    • Ensure all relevant SDLC documents are updated to reflect any changes.

Required Skills:

  1. Over 3 years of experience managing multiple cross-departmental projects.
  2. Proven ability to track progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  3. Experience managing research informatics and IT projects in life sciences.
  4. Proactive in anticipating and mitigating risks.
  5. Experience using agile project management methodologies and tools (Jira).
  6. Experience with SDLC documentation.
  7. Communication and Coordination:
  8. Excellent communication skills to provide updates, lead meetings, and facilitate discussions.
  9. Ability to develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders.
  10. Proficient in tracking and sharing meeting minutes and action items.
  11. Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making within cross-functional teams.
