You’ll own the day‑to‑day coordination and admin that protects the project: managing AP, payroll, job setup, and billing support, maintaining clean project files and system entries, and supporting key processes tied to safety, quality, cost/commitment reporting, equipment rentals, document control, and procurement. You’ll compile and share the right information with vendors and internal partners, help PMs track and bill extra work, and keep details organized and accurate—especially when priorities shift and multiple tasks hit at once.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $53,000 - $63,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
