Hiring Salary Range: $59,700 - $89,600

Compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The actual offer may vary, reflecting the candidate's unique blend of experience, educational background, and skill level.

PURPOSE: This position will manage and maintain projects from set up to close under the direction of a Senior Project Manager. Will be responsible for project management tasks, participate in process improvement assignments and work with Project Controls to report assigned project and capital plan status reporting. This role will manage assigned small cap project requirements and communications.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Control project set-up and close in Microsoft D365 – utilizing documentation and follow-up with project managers and project engineers.


2. Support Microsoft D365 revision, improvement, and processes


3. Work with Project Controls to maintain capital plan development documentation and provide support of projects


4. Support Project Managers with the execution of projects


5. Monitor project work and project activities, follow-up as necessary to move work forward


6. Utilize standard processes and tools to document project work


7. Participate in project team meetings, document and track team activities, risks, and changes


8. Make suggestions for improvements to our project processes and tools


9. Manage and maintain the PMO SharePoint site


10. Assist with task of data collection and analysis of project data


11. Engage in communications with project teams and stakeholders


12. Participate in planning sessions and provide recommendations


13. Help drive planning, preparations, and delivery of PMO activities


14. Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience: Associate’s Degree in Business or related field with a minimum of 2 years of related business experience required. Must be familiar with project management terminology and approaches along with being able to balance competing priorities. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) are required, project management tool expertise (Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, OPC, D365, etc.) preferred
• Highly organized and solutions-focused with excellent time management skills
• Strong technical and business acumen skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the agility and flexibility to deal effectively with ambiguity and change
• Experience with organizational change management preferred
• Ability to take ownership, ask for help when needed, and change approaches and methods to best fit the situations faced. Need to be self-directed to complete project assignments and activities.
