BW Design Group, part of Barry-Wehmiller, is seeking a Project Coordinator in St. Louis to support capital projects and client engagements.

You will coordinate with site managers, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project delivery with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires at least five years of administrative or project coordination experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of administrative or project coordinator work experience, preferably supporting engineering or construction teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team setting and independently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications; familiarity with Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of external client projects and interface with site managers, project managers, subcontractors, clients, vendors, and support teams.
  • Report project statuses to the project team and maintain procurement records including POs, change orders, and subcontracts.
  • Track insurance certificates, contract documents, and project closeout files; manage electronic and paper construction files.
  • Coordinate documentation via Procore: transmittals, drawings, specs, and tables of contents; assist in submitting bid packages.
  • Log RFIs and communicate final responses; set up bidders with necessary bid permissions; provide procurement support during routing processes.
  • Provide general administrative support including travel arrangements and onboarding; travel as necessary for project requirements.
