Job description

Project Coordinator – Branch Support (Part-Time Remote)

Pay Rate: $26.00–$27.00/hour, 20 hours/week spread over Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Location: Remote, with some travel to 12555 Manchester Road, Des Peres, MO.

Duration: July 7, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with potential extensions.

Please Note: Travel is expected in August and September.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
  • Ensure effective communication, coordination, and documentation for successful project completion.
  • Build trust and establish strong relationships quickly.
  • Identify and address gaps proactively to ensure timely and accurate task completion.

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate meetings and develop strategies to see projects through from start to finish.
  • Take meeting minutes, file project documents, maintain project schedules, and prepare summaries.
  • Manage documents such as purchase orders, budgets, payrolls, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet project objectives.
  • Experience with workflow or strategy software like Microsoft Project and creating PowerPoint presentations is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Over 3 years of Project Coordinator experience or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, including taking meeting minutes and preparing reports.
  • Detail-oriented with good document management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
