Job summary

iCapital is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support internal teams and external clients throughout the project implementation and software development lifecycle. This role involves staffing projects, maintaining tracking systems, delivering on time and within budget, coordinating meetings, reporting progress, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.

Experience with SaaS and software development projects, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to juggle many small projects

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software development project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Visio).
• Experience with SaaS and software development projects.

About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support internal teams and external clients throughout the project implementation and software development lifecycle. This position is responsible for managing many smaller projects and change requests at all project stage such as planning, design, execution, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Staff projects appropriately to support successful delivery.
• Maintain project tracking systems accurately and keep clients informed of progress.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverable tracking tools.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure action items are completed on schedule.
• Identify and elevate project risks, issues, and resource constraints.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support client onboarding, implementation, and change request activities.

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
