The Project Coordinator provides administrative support from project planning to project close out, including record keeping, procurement, logistics, document updates, and Requests for Information (RFI) and change orders. Maintains project files, project library, and field site binders.
Education and Experience:
Work will be primarily conducted in an office environment with primarily sedentary work, light work is possible. Sitting, standing, walking, lifting and carrying objects, reaching overhead, below shoulder level, keyboarding, fine and gross manipulation, stooping, kneeling, climbing ramps/stairs/ladders, speaking, hearing, and visual acuity.
Indoors. Outdoor work to attend prejob/safety briefings may be required in all weather conditions.
