Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually
Perform as PMB's relocation planner and move scheduler, working with project teams to establish priorities, defining the parameters within which the individual moves occur, and identifying and resolving issues affecting the move sequences. Meet with tenants to brief occupants on the relocation process in preparation for the move. Inventory existing tenant furniture and equipment to identify items to be moved, reallocated, surplussed or stored. Assist and support the PMB Government representative with the drafting of Statements of Work (SOWs) for move contractors to submit proposals. The PMB Government representative will need to review, accept and approve the SOW. Assist and support the PMB Government representative with the preparation of an Independent Government Contract Estimate (IGCE). Participate in all pre-move activities (to include pre-proposal walk-throughs) with the Move Services contractors so the contractors can prepare proposals. Assist and support the PMB Government representative with the evaluation of Move Services contractor proposals for selection by the Government. Coordinate all moves with the Move Services contractor selected by the Government. Assist in the preparation and presentation of briefings related to relocation move planning and coordination. Distribute move guidelines and move schedules to tenants. Complete the Move Data Checklist; by documenting completion of all planning actions required for each move. Provide additional services that support the relocation planning and management needs of the Property Management Branch's program. Provide the schedule for move activities and coordinate with the other Government Contractors working on-site.
