Job summary

Expert Connections is seeking an experienced Program Manager for an Aerospace & Defense client in Spartanburg, SC. You will manage customer programs and contracts from planning through delivery, serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure schedules, resources, and contractual requirements are met.

The role leads bids and proposals, coordinates across engineering and other functions, tracks costs and deliverables, and reports program status to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in program or project management.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Teams, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer programs and contracts to ensure contractual requirements and delivery timelines are met.
• Develop, evaluate, and monitor program schedules.
• Coordinate resources and priorities across internal teams.
• Lead the bids and proposals process, ensuring timely submissions.
• Work closely with Engineering to establish program priorities.
• Track program schedules, deliverables, and associated costs.
• Prepare and distribute accurate program status reports.
• Communicate directly with key customers regarding program status.

• Take ownership of overall program schedules and commitments.

Our client, an Aerospace & Defense company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage customer programs and contracts from planning through delivery in Spartanburg, SC.

This position serves as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring programs remain on schedule, properly resourced, and aligned with contractual requirements. The Program Manager will also lead the bids and proposals process and provide regular program updates to key customers.

Responsibilities
