The Architecture Behind Campaign Success

We partner with market-leading brands across retail, telecommunications, and consumer services to execute direct customer acquisition programs. Our project coordination team establishes the operational foundation, aligning milestone targets, staging campaign resources, tracking task completion, and managing cross-departmental schedules across Greater Scottsdale.

What You’ll Steer Day to Day

As an Entry-Level Project Coordinator, you’ll work directly alongside senior project directors while mastering core workflow management and operational planning skills.

• Maintain Master Timelines: Keep project schedules, action item logs, milestone trackers, and daily status updates structured and up to date.
• Coordinate Cross-Team Operations: Work closely with field teams, venue partners, and client leads to ensure resources and expectations stay synchronized.
• Spot Bottlenecks & Resolve Delays: Monitor project milestones, catch timeline conflicts early, and help roll out practical field solutions.
• Facilitate Project Syncs: Support morning strategy briefings, document key action items, assign priority tasks, and track follow-through.

Qualifications & Ideal Profile

• Education: Open to all academic degree paths (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
• Experience: Beginners welcome! Backgrounds in office administration, customer service, retail, or team leadership are a plus, we provide complete, hands-on training.
