HNTB Corporation in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an administrative project coordinator to support technical staff on an airport infrastructure project. This onsite role focuses on coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, and preparing reports and minutes.
You will manage documents, QA/QC records, and the project filing system, while collaborating with project teams to keep milestones on track. A degree or equivalent experience plus strong MS Office skills and organization are required.

Coordinates tasks and provides professional project‑management support to one or more project teams in assigned discipline. Assists with administrative project functions throughout the project lifecycle from discovery and planning to delivery and close out phases. THIS ROLE WILL BE FULLY ONSITE AT LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The approximate pay range for Los Angeles Metro Area and Orange County, CA is $29.25 - $43.87. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
