Responsibilities

What this job involves: You will be coordinating assignments and managing quality and timelines of the projects assigned within the program. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • This position involves actively assisting the team with client assignments through managing daily operational activities, providing support for presentation development, and participating in both internal team meetings and external client engagements while maintaining ongoing communication with leadership and assignment leads.
  • The role requires flexibility for regional and national travel throughout the United States to support client needs and business objectives, along with contributing to the preparation of client workshops, presentations, and proposal development for team initiatives.
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail, combined with excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks while coordinating activities according to established priorities.
  • Professional competencies include proficiency in creating well-structured reports using Microsoft Word, developing clear and succinct PowerPoint presentations, advanced Excel modeling capabilities, professional corporate email communication standards, and effective internet research skills.
  • The position demands individuals who can demonstrate rigor and autonomy in their work approach while consistently meeting deadlines even under demanding timeframes and pressure situations.
  • Essential communication skills encompass the ability to efficiently articulate complex ideas both verbally and in writing, along with strong stress management capabilities and openness to receiving and implementing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Candidates should exhibit a willingness to embrace new challenges and contribute to the successful execution of additional research and marketing initiatives as business needs arise, supporting the overall growth and development of objectives.
