Job summary

A leading product testing and insights company in Minneapolis is seeking a Project Coordinator to support sensory facility operations and product testing. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Project Coordinator

Onsite in Minneapolis, MN

Position Overview

Sensory Facility Operations and Product Testing Support

Responsibilities

Product Testing Support includes following strict protocols for sample preparation, test set‑up, serving, interacting with panelists, managing test calendar, and cleaning up.

Sensory Facility Operations Support includes set‑up and clean‑up for experimentation and evaluations, sample management, and maintenance activities, including cleaning dishes and equipment.

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and orderly work environment following the company’s prescribed safety procedures and guidelines.

Provides general support to the broader Product Insights team as needed assisting with research events, facility tours and general record‑keeping.

Required skills and experience

Detail‑oriented; strong organizational, prioritization & analytical skills.

Works independently and works well within a team.

Physical Requirements: Able to stand, bend, and move a lot. May need to move light (10-20 lbs.) equipment or supplies from one place to another.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent food preparation skills; enjoys and is comfortable working with food.

Food handlers food safety certification (such as SERV Safe or other approved certification), or open to obtaining certification.

Preferred skills and experience

Experience working in a sensory, scientific or product development lab, or with taste tests a plus.

Food handlers food safety certification.

Previous experience working with taste tests, or in a sensory, scientific, or product development lab.
