12-Month W2 Contract | $45–$53/hour (DOE)

Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring on behalf of a global leader in e-commerce and digital innovation.

We’re partnering with a fast-paced, customer-obsessed tech company known for transforming the way the world shops. This team is looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their publishing operations group in Seattle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves creative problem solving, and is passionate about delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of customer publishing projects
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide a personalized, high-touch experience
  • Monitor project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure quality delivery in a timely manner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure proper service enrollment and execution
  • Utilize a variety of internal systems to manage accounts and anticipate potential problems
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to process improvements within the department

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or operations support
  • Experience handling high-volume tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Availability to work weekends and occasional overtime as needed
