Job summary

MA Design in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Project Coordinator to help develop, coordinate, and produce design documents for design projects. You will contribute to Revit model creation and drawing production, while supporting the project lead in communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

You will take direction from the project lead and perform administrative duties as needed, with opportunities to advance to progressively responsible roles in a collaborative studio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and project schedules.
  • Understanding of construction methods and sustainable solutions.
  • Knowledge of office standards and procedures; proactive questions.
  • Willingness to take on progressive responsibilities for growth.

In the Project Coordinator role, you will assist in the development, coordination and production of design documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the production of design phase models and drawings using Revit
  • Assist project lead in communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and all in-house team members.
  • Takes direction from project lead.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties associated with projects as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program; 2+ years experience preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Understand project schedule and able to work toward deadlines
  • Basic understanding of construction methods required and sustainable solutions
  • Understands office standards and procedures, knows where to access info and find answers; comfortable asking questions
  • Willingness and ability to take on progressive responsibilities with the goal of advancing
