  • Material and inventory coordination: Assist with ordering, tracking, and accurately costing project materials and inventory.
  • Documentation and process support: Maintain organized, accurate project documentation and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  • Field exposure: Conduct periodic job-site visits to support project execution and build hands‑on project experience.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or project coordination, or hands‑on experience as a technician in commercial locksmithing, door and hardware, or electronic access control, with readiness to move into a project support role.
  • Working knowledge of commercial doors, frames, locks, architectural hardware, keying systems, electrified hardware, and/or electronic access‑control systems.
  • Exposure to project billing, job costing, or labor forecasting is a plus.

  • Prioritization: Comfortable prioritizing and re‑prioritizing in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing service environment.
  • Adaptability: Agile and flexible, energized by variety in the workday rather than a fully predictable routine.
