Responsibilities

• Plan and manage in-market functional testing schedules from setup through execution to launch
• Communicate timelines and test results across key stakeholders, including Engineers, QA teams, and Product Designers
• Analyze current pain points in workflows and tools, providing suggestions for improvements
• Make independent decisions and work effectively under pressure with aggressive deadlines
• Prioritize, triage, and escalate internationalization (i18n) bugs, ensuring fixes are implemented before launch

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently while keeping cross-functional partners aligned through communication and updates
• Track record of successfully launching products in diverse locales
• Experience in task prioritization and problem identification
• Solid understanding of challenges in developing products for international markets
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
