Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage full project cycles for national clients. You will interface with clients on expectations, schedules, and permitting, and coordinate staff and contractors locally and nationally.

You will prepare reports, track tasks, assist with contract processes and billing, and support engineering teams with document production. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 6+ years of coordination experience is expected.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience coordinating projects for national/corporate clients.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in Adobe Professional.
  • Strong proofreading, formatting and editing skills.
  • Positive, client-oriented, take-charge attitude.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities and performing well under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis.

Responsibilities

  • Researching agency requirements.
  • Tracking of all tasks and client deliverable documents.
  • Facilitating client communications (proposals, letters, contracts, transmittals, etc.).
  • Compiling and assembling reports; coordinating large production jobs, printing, and binding.
  • Assisting engineering staff with contract processes and requesting insurance certificates.
  • Preparing weekly trackers or job status communications for clients; assisting internal clients with billing and performing invoice reviews.
  • Creating, proofreading, editing, formatting, and finalizing project-related documents and reports.

Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Akpharetta, Georgia (GA) office! This is not a remote position.
