Position Summary: Perform routine clerical duties and provide support for the Operations Department.
Schedule: Flexible, may require some evening and weekends.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and updates of Policies and Procedures.
- Assist in special projects as assigned.
- Assist in licensing and certification of facilities.
- Assist in the creation of systems, planning and implementation of programs and services; operational, facilities, logistics.
- Monitor progress of projects to meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships.
- Proactively mitigate issues by identifying and relaying information to manager.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain/update agendas, minutes and plans.
- Compile information and prepare and maintain logs, files and records; review and verify the accuracy and completeness of various documents; prepare routine reports as directed.
- Perform a variety of routine clerical duties including typing, filing, scanning, faxing, duplicating, and distributing materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

- Must be able to travel from facility to facility; this position requires 10% travel with frequent travel outside the local area, some overnight and/or interstate travel.
Required Education/Experience and/or Licensure/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- One year experience of clinic operations or healthcare experience
- Commitment to goals and philosophy of Northeast Community Clinic
- Valid State Identification
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- OSHA Category 3 – no regular exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
- The work is majority of the time sedentary.
- Regularly required to communicate, use repetitive motions, move, remain stationary, regularly push, pull and lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
- Must possess mobility to work in a standard office/clinic setting and to use standard office/clinic equipment; stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, read printed materials and use a computer, and communicate in person and over the telephone.
