Responsibilities

• Schedule project meetings and manage calendars.
• Update project data in the PPM tool and ensure accuracy across reporting systems.
• Facilitate conversations between functional, business, and technical analysts to clarify requirements.
• Document lessons learned and identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to workflows.
• Help monitor adherence to governance frameworks and elevate gaps or risks.
• Assist in mapping projects to organizational priorities and flag opportunities for better alignment.
